SWIGGY SUCKS. This should be the tag line of Swiggy India. If you guys can not manage your so called “Delivery partners” You guys should not have the authority to do business in India. If a food delivery app does not delivers food when you need it, why is it important for the customers? Its like I am selling a pen and I don't have a pen but I promise I will give you a pen, even if I don't have a pen I would want your money to buy a pen from next shop CHARGE A LITTLE EXTRA for my effort and give you a pen. And if I misplace your pen in all of these efforts... hey dear 'customer' your money is at the next shop go chase it.!!! I have faced such issues for more than 5 times. Every time the guy on the other side of the call says “hamare delivery partner ki bike kharab ho gayi” And when you ask for the refund they say " as per RBI GUIDELINES it will take 4-7 working days for the money to get credited to your account" My point is: Why should a customers money be left to the nomenclatures of marketing gimmick? Why should a empty stomach customer rely on a food delivery app which can’t deliver food.? WHY?
